HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 2, 2007, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Complainant reports that the parties have reached a
settlement agreement, and complainant will send respondent a draft stipulation.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on April 2, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
