HEARING OFFICER ORDER

hearing officer. The parties have reached an agreement, and complainant will send respondent a
draft stipulation.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on April 2, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the complainant.
