HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 2, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties will discuss the possibility of settlement, but do not yet know
whether this matter may be resolved without hearing.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 26, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
