HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 14, 2006, petitioner agreed to dismiss these dockets when payment was
received from respondent. The hearing officer advised the parties that a status conference would
be set if the dockets were not dismissed by the end of 2006. To prepare for the next status
conference, respondent’s attorney should attempt to find out approximately when petitioner will
receive payment.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on February 1, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
