The Peoria County Board voted on May 3, 2006, against the expansion of the toxic waste

landfill .

We do not want our land, air and water polluted anymore

. There are already 843 of the

most toxic wastes known perilously buried over our aquifer

.

It is time to close the door on this archaic method forever

.
