HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 18, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Petitioners will propose settlement language for respondent’s
consideration.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on January 18, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioners.
The decision deadline is currently March 15, 2007. Petitioners have agreed to file
a deadline waiver to April 20, 2007 within the next seven days.
