HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 12, 2006, petitioner filed a motion for extension of time until
December 26, 2006 to file a motion for leave to file an amended petition in response to
respondent’s motion to dismiss. According to the motion, respondent’s attorney does not
object. Accordingly, the extension of time is granted.
The parties are reminded to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on January 23, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
