HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 15, 2006, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency filed a
motion for extension of time until February 14, 2007 to file its recommendation.
According to the motion, the Agency states that the petition filed was not the same as the
draft petition that the parties had discussed, and that the changes will require further
discussion with USEPA. The motion further states that petitioner does not object to the
extension of time. Accordingly, the motion is granted.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
