HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 18, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Complainant is conducting internal discussions regarding
respondent’s assertion that he is not the property owner.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on January 22, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
