HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 18, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties continue to make progress toward settlement, and
hope that this case will be resolved before the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on February 15, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
