hearing for Monday December 181h, Tuesday December 19 and Wednesday December

20, as heard by Hearing Office Bradley Halloran .

This request is made to Leave to Refile to include a Nuisance Complaint which can be

documented and filed in addition to the Numeric Complaint that was to be heard next

week. This request has been offered as per earlier telecoti of earlier today in order to

correctly address the situation
