HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 12, 2006, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. The hearing officer was unable to attend due to a hearing.
Petitioner left a message for the hearing officer that a pending permit application may resolve
this appeal. At the next status conference, petitioner should be prepared to discuss an additional
deadline waiver.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on January 18, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline for this case is May 3, 2007.
