HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 11, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent plans to file a motion for summary judgment within
the next week.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on February 13, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
