HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 11, 2006, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone
status conference with the hearing officer. The hearing officer was unable to attend due
to a hearing. As last reported, complainant sent a revised draft settlement agreement to
respondents for review.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on February 15, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
