HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 11, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties hope to finalize the settlement agreement within the next 60 days. If
the agreement has been filed with the Board, the next status conference shall be cancelled with
no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on February 13, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the People.
