HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 11, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent’s sound engineer will be taking measurements this week, and will
advise respondent on potential solutions. The engineer’s report should be complete within the
next month, and will be sent to complainants for review.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 3:00 p.m. on February 13, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainants.
