HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 11, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. In light of the Board’s most recent order, respondent will renew its motion for
summary judgment by December 29, 2006. Complainant’s response shall be due by January 16,
2007.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on March 15, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
