HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 7, 2006, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent City
of Morris did not appear due to a scheduling conflict. The respondent Community
Landfill Company was directed to attain a re-evaluation of Edward Pruim from the
treating physicians and file them with the Board on or before January 31, 2007. The re-
evaluation must address Edward Pruim’s physical ability to partake in a hearing.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a
telephonic status conference with the hearing officer on February 8, 2007, at 11:00 a.m.
The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter.
