HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 11, 2006, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. The hearing officer was unable to attend due to a hearing.
As last reported, petitioners had filed a supplemental permit application for one unit, and
expected to file the application for the second unit. Petitioners believe that the new applications
should resolve all technical issues.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on February 15, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioners.
Petitioners have filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
