HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 7, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The petitioner represented that the parties are still discussing this matter in
hopes to resolve the outstanding issues. The respondent, due to the extent of the record, made a
second oral motion for an extension of time to file its record. Petitioner did not object. The
respondent’s motion was granted and the record is now due to be filed by December 12, 2006.
The petitioner also represented that it will file a 90-day waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference on March 15, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing.
