HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 7, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties represented that discovery is proceeding, but
complainant requested more time to respond to respondent’s interrogatories. Respondent
had no objection. Complainant’s responses are now due on or before January 11, 2007.
The complainant also represented that the parties will address a discovery issue prior to
the next status conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on February 1, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
