HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 6, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant just received respondent’s comments on the settlement proposal,
and will forward them to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on February 5, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
