conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, the parties were
scheduling depositions.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on January 4, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
