HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On December 4, 2006, petitioner contacted the hearing officer to report that the parties
continue to exchange comments on the proposed settlement agreement. Petitioner agreed to file
an additional deadline waiver within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on January 18, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline in this case is March 15, 2007.
