HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 29, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The stipulation is being circulated for signatures. If the
proposed settlement agreement is filed with the Board before the next status conference,
the meeting shall be cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on February 26, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
