HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 29, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney did not receive notice of this status
conference, thus the parties requested additional time to discuss this case.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 1:30 p.m. on January 4, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
