HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 16, 2006, a telephonic status conference was held. In summary, the parties
informed the hearing officer that discussions regarding the settlement document have continued,
and that progress is being made. The complainants, however, have requested additional
technical information. To that end, the respondent was directed to forward the additional
information to the complainants on or before November 22, 2006. The complainants were
directed to respond on or before November 30, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on December 21, 2006, at 1:30 p.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for
its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status
of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing
