HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 27, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent has been working with the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency on technical aspects of the closure plan. The parties will discuss this
case before the next status conference to determine whether to begin discovery.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on January 3, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
