HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 20, 2006, the petitioner informed the hearing officer that settlement
discussions continue, and requested that another telephonic status conference be
scheduled for 30 days. On November 28, 2006, the petitioner was directed to file an
additional waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on December 21, 2006, at 9:45 a.m. The status conference must be
initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to
voluntarily dismiss the above-captioned matter prior to the next status conference, the
conference will be cancelled without further notice.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
