HEARING OFFICER ORDER

hearing officer. The parties continue to discuss this matter, and petitioner is deciding on the best
course of action.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on February 13, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline in this case is June 21, 2007.
