HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 27, 2006, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. If complainant’s attorney does not hear from
respondent about the penalty proposal before the next status conference, complainant may want
to set this matter for hearing. If this case is set for hearing, respondent would not be able to
represent itself without a licensed attorney.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on January 29, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
