HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 16, 2006, petitioner filed an agreed motion for extension of time to
file a response in opposition to the motion for summary judgment. Petitioner requests an
extension up to and including December 8, 2006. Respondent does not object.
Accordingly, the motion is granted.
The parties are reminded to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. January 9, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
