HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 21, 2006, complainant and respondent First Choice Construction
participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing officer. These two parties
are discussing the issue of penalty amount, and First Choice will soon send relevant
financial documents to complainant.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on December 19, 2006. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
