On October 25, 2006, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period

within which Celozzi-Ettleson Chevrolet, Inc . may appeal a September 21, 2006 determination

of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) . See

. The Agency approved the Corrective Action Plan, but

rejected the associated budget on the grounds that some activities were in excess of those

necessary to meet minimum requirements. The leaking underground petroleum storage tank

facility is located atl55 East Roosevelt Road, Elmhurst, DuPage County .

The Board extends the appeal period until January 28, 2007 (125 days after the

September 25, 2006 petition receipt date), as the parties request
