HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 16, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant will send its inspector to verify respondent’s report that the site has
been cleaned. Complainant will then send respondent a proposed stipulation.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on January 4, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
