HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 15, 2006, complainant file a motion to continue the status conference set
for December 4, 2006. Complainant states that the parties have settled this matter, and expect
the signed agreement to be filed with the Board on or about January 15, 2007. Accordingly, the
status conference set for December 4, 2006, is cancelled.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on February 13, 2007. If the agreement is filed with the Board before this
date, the status conference shall cancelled with no further notice.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
