HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 15, 2006, complainants requested a 60-day extension of the discovery
schedule, and stated that respondent’s attorney does not object. Accordingly, the request is
granted. The parties shall serve written discovery requests by January 15, 2007, and responses
will be due by March 15, 2007.
The parties are reminded to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on January 24, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainants.
