HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 13, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. On November 9, 2006, complainant filed a motion for the hearing officer to
order respondent to produce documents. Respondent does not contest complainant’s motion;
thus, the motion is granted. Respondent is preparing to produce the documents requested, and
the parties continue to discuss settlement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on December 18, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
