HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 13, 2006, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondents did not appear. According to complainant, respondents have
retained an engineer who is compiling information for the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on February 13, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
