HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 13, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Complainant and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
are reviewing respondent’s counteroffer for settlement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on February 13, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
