HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 2, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties represented that discovery is proceeding, but
respondent requested to December 1, 2006, to complete the written discovery. Over
objection, respondent’s request for the extension of time was granted. The respondent
represented that it may proceed with discovery on an unnamed third party. The
complainant had no objection.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on December 7, 2006, at 10:30 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
