HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 2, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that multiple settlement discussions continue with all
parties. It was represented that all of the technical issues appear close to being resolved.
The schedule for responding to complainant’s request for dismissal will be addressed at
the next status conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on December 14, 2006, at 1:30 p.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. The complainant represented that it will notify the parties and the hearing
officer of a call-in number prior to the next telephonic status conference. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing.
