HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 2, 2006, all parties, including the parties in the related PCB 05-213,
PCB 05-216, and PCB 05-217, participated in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer. Respondent’s motions and
motion-in-limine
, filed October 17, 2006, were discussed.
Complainants represented that they will not file a response. The parties were advised that
respondent’s motions will be taken under consideration and ruled upon prior to the next telephonic
conference.
It was agreed that the hearing in this matter will be held on December 18, 19 and 20, 2006.
The time and location of the hearing will be noted in the notice of hearing. The PCB 05-213,
PCB 05-216 and PCB 05-217 hearings will be held in a consecutive manner on those dates
following the hearing in the above-captioned matter.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic pre-
hearing conference with the hearing officer on December 7, 2006, at 12:00 p.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible
for their own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the
status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
