HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 9, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Complainants are still considering a settlement offer from
respondent Bob Drake. Discovery in this matter was on hold while the parties waited for
rulings on outstanding motions in a related civil case. The circuit court has ruled on
those motions, and the parties agree that they would like to finalize a schedule for the
circuit court case before deciding how to proceed with this case.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on January 3, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainants.
