HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 2, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The new permit is in the public comment period. Once it is issued in final form,
petitioner will decide whether the appeal may be dismissed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on December 6, 2006. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
