HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 1, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Complainant is conducting internal discussions regarding
respondent’s assertion that he is not the property owner. If a motion to dismiss is filed
before the next status conference, the meeting shall be cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:15 a.m. on December 18, 2006. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
