HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 1, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney is discussing the stipulation with
respondent. If the proposed agreement is filed with the Board, the next status conference
shall be cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on November 15, 2006. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
