HEARING OFFICER ORDER

hearing officer. Respondents have made progress with upgrading the system, and will submit
additional information pertaining to financial hardship.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on January 3, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
