HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 30, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency has issued the permit. The
parties are making minor modifications to the final settlement agreement, and will then circulate
the document for signatures. If the proposed settlement is filed with the Board before the next
status conference, the meeting shall be cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on January 31, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
