HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 25, 2006, the complainant informed the hearing officer that the parties have
settled the above-captioned matter. The complainant represented that it will file a motion to
dismiss this matter in the future. To that end, the telephonic status conference that was
scheduled for October 26, 2006, is hereby cancelled.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on December 7, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. If, however, a motion to voluntarily dismiss is filed prior to the next status
conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order
